Wayne Hill

Wayne S. Hill is a Managing Director of Estate and Business Planning at First Republic Securities Company.   Mr. Hill joined First Republic in 2022. His expertise centers on helping executives, business owners and families with planning strategies. He has deep experience working with compensation plans and estate planning.   Mr. Hill began his financial services career with Merrill Lynch. He then went to Northwestern Mutual where he was a Managing Director / Wealth Management Advisor for 15 years. He held various leadership positions, including a board position on the Managing Directors Association for six years. He then transitioned to ABD Insurance and Financial Services, where he started a private client practice for personal insurance solutions.

Mr. Hill earned his Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University. He then earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in General Management and Marketing.
