Alexander Kadish is a Managing Director and Wealth Manager with First Republic Investment Management.
Prior to joining First Republic in 2023, Mr. Kadish was a Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. He began his career in financial services at Bank of America in 2001. He worked at Citigroup Smith Barney and later joined Jefferies & Company as a Senior Vice President. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, Mr. Kadish was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Securities.
Mr. Kadish focuses his practice on developing strategies for his clients’ investment, estate planning, philanthropic and lending needs, while also taking a multigenerational approach. In doing so, he creates wealth for individuals and families in the public and private sectors.
Community Involvement
Active in his local community, Mr. Kadish is a member of the Finance Committee for United Friends of the Children, a nonprofit organization that focuses on empowering current and former foster youth on their journey to self-sufficiency. He is also on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the College of Arts and Sciences for Syracuse University.

Mr. Kadish earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Syracuse University.
