Darin Souza

Darin Souza is a Managing Director and Wealth Manager with First Republic Investment Management. He has served as a trusted advisor to ultra-high net worth families, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations throughout his career. Mr. Souza focuses on portfolio strategy and management when discussing solutions with clients. His investment management discipline emphasizes customization, transparency and proactive communication. He also believes in the value of a collaborative, holistic approach for clients.

In his local community, Mr. Souza has been actively involved with a number of organizations such as the Cannonball Foundation and the Station Foundation. He is also President of the Cohasset Youth Baseball and Softball Association.

Mr. Souza graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a member of the Army Baseball team and a Superintendent's Award recipient. As an officer, he graduated from Ranger School and served in the 82nd Airborne Division, among other units. Additionally, Mr. Souza earned his MBA at Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business.
