Jennifer Polster

Jennifer Polster is a Director of Foreign Exchange Sales at First Republic Bank. Ms. Polster began her career at First Republic in March 2018 and advanced through the Associate Training Program, supporting and developing FX client relationships within the Bank. In her current role, Ms. Polster assists clients in managing their foreign currency exposure through an array of risk mitigation and customized hedging and derivative based structures. Prior to First Republic, Ms. Polster worked on Sales and Trading teams at Scotiabank in New York and State Street Global Markets in Boston.

Ms. Polster is a graduate of the D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics.
