Joshua Davis

Joshua Davis is a Managing Director and Foreign Exchange Risk Management Advisor in the Foreign Exchange Division at First Republic Bank, where he started in May 2020. He is responsible for providing currency risk management to clients with an emphasis on hedging solutions for corporate clients, alternative asset firms and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining First Republic, Mr. Davis spent 3 years at Bank of America and 7 years at JP Morgan as a Foreign Exchange Risk Management Advisor covering commercial companies, non-profit organizations, real estate funds/companies and alternative asset firms. He focused on delivering tailored client solutions in cash management integration, balance sheet and cash flow risk management and international M&A. Mr. Davis began his career as an active duty Army officer in the Field Artillery and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2008 to 2009.

Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
