Ronald Weckbacher

Ronald Weckbacher is a Managing Director and Wealth Manager with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Mr. Weckbacher joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Mr. Weckbacher was a Wealth Manager at First Republic since 2019. Prior to joining First Republic, he was a Senior Vice President at UBS for 11 years. Prior to his tenure at UBS, Mr. Weckbacher spent 24 years at Morgan Stanley, where he held a number of positions, including Senior Vice President-Portfolio Manager. Mr. Weckbacher focuses his practice on working with families through comprehensive generational wealth management.

For over 15 years, Ron was actively involved in Urban Search and Rescue through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He was also a Canine Search Specialist with both Los Angeles City Fire Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department, as well as with the Department of Homeland Security. His missions included 9/11, Hurricane Katrina and the 2010 Haiti earthquake, as well as local deployments such as La Conchita landslide and Chatsworth train crash.
